Services

Admission Services

Carecore works with social workers and placement managers to identify a suitable plan for young people requiring accommodation and support. All placement information will be accessed and held securely to protect data and the young person’s privacy. Upon receipt, each referral will be assessed individually and responded to at the earliest opportunity once a robust assessment has been made against the following:

  1. Needs of the young person
  2. Level of support required
  3. Risk factors
  4. Suitability of locality
  5. Impact on those already in residence

Supporting Young People

Young people receiving our services are provided with support to develop their everyday life skills and we will monitor and support the young people with basic tasks.

We work closely with our young people to enhance their development and their skill sets to enhance their ability to live independently in the future.  We understand that care leavers need psychological and emotional support in addition to life and educational skills, so we support them to access services that they need to assist in stabilising their lives.
